RETURNS POLICY 
 

At B’VARI Home Decor we want you to be completely happy with your purchase . We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return

1.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, unused, with tags, and in a perfect sellable condition. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note some items are non-refundable unless faulty/damaged, these include:

• Sale Items
• Any Bespoke/Custom items which are personalized and cant be resold due to bespoke elements
• Gift Cards

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is returnable or not under the return section of each of the product. Please feel free to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

2.To start a return, you can contact us at bvari.homedecor@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

3.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you havent received a refund in 10 working days of the approval notice please contact your card provider

4.The return item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please make sure that it is securely packaged in order to avoid damage in the transit. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products and retain proof of return. you will be liable if your return is lost or damaged in transit

5. Please note that we can’t cover return shipping costs unless goods where received damaged /faulty and that you are responsible for any items lost in shipping.

6.Order shipping costs are non refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

HANDMADE DESCLAIMER: Our pieces are not only made to order but every single jesmonite homeware product is individually hand poured , sanded and sealed in our studio. (Please note each item will vary in appearance .(inhouse) therefore there might be slight variation in the design,colour and appearance and some tiny air bubbles due to the (hand casting nature of jesmonite) nature of the material used this add to the uniqueness of the design. This Means every item is uniquely made for you and one of a kind

Marble Items : each piece is a one off marbled design and varies in shade, colour , characteristics swirls. Each marble piece varies in shade, colour, characteristics and swirls.

All our Softfurnishings are handmade in house and uniquely made for you. Each Item is made to order.

Damages and Issues

At B’VARI Home Decor we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We will offer a full refund or exchange for any item that has arrived faulty or damaged.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24hr of receipt of your order at bvari.homedecor@gmail.com . If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please Note: We will always ask for Photos in order to understand and resolve the issue

Please make sure to send us pictures when you contact us for any items that arrive damaged or faulty.

If the item delivered is deemed faulty we can arrange a replacement or we can offer you a full refund
